In the first post we talked about the importance of interactions and the company which an intelligent AI may be able to provide. We called it the Conversation Buddy. It would involve the lonely parent, perhaps one with mild or moderate dementia, and their child or friend. A script that describes their child or friend in some detail will be fed to the AI so the conversation may resemble a real one.

We have now created a barebones Conversation Buddy with the help of J.H. It is text-to-text and has the idiosyncrasies of ChatGPT. For a limited time, try it out at Conversation Buddy.
